📩 Note regarding the exclusion of the right of withdrawal

For travel contracts that provide for the transport of persons on a specific date or within a precisely specified period, there is no right of withdrawal according to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB.
Instead, the cancellation conditions according to § 6 of these terms and conditions apply.
